  You need to improve two aspects:a) The room cards must work properly. It is not good to arrive at your assigned room and not be able to open it because the card access is inactive. Please fix it immediately.b) Faucets need to deliver water properly. You can consider renewing. Those look old-fashioned.   The receptionist her service Was bad.The character to recive us.We were mexicans.The hotel has Good service for foreigners.   Need to fix the problems

  On my experience running hotels no water is really bad,need to close or give other options to yours guest, they said in 15 minutes back the water and that’s not true, my sister in law super hot the room, they said with the time is going to be cold but not true again Yuridia Cruz , Atención al huésped/Recepción at Camino Real Pachuca, responded to this review Estimada huésped: Le agradezco el tiempo para compartirnos sobre su estancia en el hotel.   I was in a 2 days business trip. Food is just ok but nothing fancy. Room is poor. Ac outlet barely work. Service is very poor. I lost my jacket in the hotel and after I reported it nobody called me back.   The staff is so kind and the food was really good! The room service was excellent and the rooms were clean. I loved everything about this Hotel and I plan to stay here again in the future. Everyone here is truly so kind! I felt so safe traveling alone.
