  Good hotel in an undesirable location.

  If you have business in the area, just passing through on the highway, or looking for a safe spot to hang out with the kids at a pool, this is a fine choice. The rooms are large and the bathroom well equipped and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fine, but expensive (like most hotels. But the hotel is located in an unpleasant industrial area, a long way from anywhere a tourist is likely to want to be.   Wow changes are very uncomfortable. We used to love this place.

  Totally unexpected change. Not sure if someone never checked out the place before they bought it? Or whatever happened. Such great people should not have to go through this kind of change. Number one all tips in cash only wtf. Very few people have cash with them so you are taking away your employees ability to make what they deserve for the excellent service they provide. Oh boy I could go on for hours as I assume you're doing the same with every department in this place. Wake up! It's impossible to enjoy yourself if the people servicing you are unhappy. Not good business. I do realize things have to change but it's totally affecting your guests.   Hotel is ok - skip the buffet breakfast

  We were driving though the area on the way from Yucatan to San Miguel de Allende and decided on this hotel to spend the night.Our room was decent although quite dated - fortunately the bed was comfortable and the large screen TV had a few channels in English. One confusing thing is that for the lights and a/c to work in the room you need to put our key card into a holder on the wall - I guess this is a way to make sure that guests don't leave things on when away from the room but it were no signs or explanation when we checked inWe had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was good but a little pricey.   I have stayed here many times over many years. Sure there are more and more options, but I can count on this hotel to be consistent. The thing I miss the most is the free shuttle that has been eliminated--that was a really helpful resource---but have to manage another way. The food is always great, and good prices. Rooms are clean and roomy

  I stayed here for business. The staff is great. They are very attentive to your needs. The restaurant has a great selection for breakfast and dinner.I used the laundry service and it was perfect as promised.Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Peubla.
