Overall ok stay, the hotel lobby impresses you by an upscale hotel however the room are now dated and showing its age. I must say that the highlight is the customer service both at the lobby and at the restaurant. Food at the restaurant/bar was great, with plenty of food choices and appetizers. I was able to order the guacamole and the shrimp tacos which were delicious. The room was spacious with plenty of light, a little on the humid side but I was able to to open the doors to air out the room. Good water pressure on the shower and comfortable bed with pillows. TV with good amount of channels and was able to plug in my HD Stick to watch my own shows on the HD TV. Breakfast could be a bit better due to the choices, but cant really complain as it was included in my rate. They do eggs cooked to order which was a good advatange. I had written a review some many months ago. During that time, I had an uncomfortable situation with the guy attending the parking lot and I had received "sincere apologies" from the Presidente's management.After that I continued booking the Presidente when visiting Puebla cause I'm an IHG Rewards member, cause I really liked this hotel and because I felt confident about do not have again an awkward experience like that.Surprisingly, during my last visit I found the same guy in the parking lot IHG Service, Owner at Intercontinental Presidente Puebla By IHG, responded to this review Hello uribefa,It's always a delight for us to host your stays. The hotel is elegant and comfortable. The Club Lounge was a real highlight of the stay. The space is pleasant and well managed, with a good selection of food and drinks during happy hours. Service throughout the hotel was attentive, and everything felt well organised. Overall, a great choice in Puebla and a place that makes the stay feel special. Highly recommended. M. Excellent stay! Avoid the spa!

Hotel and service was excellent! Attention to detail by staff was amazing. I took off a star, for the spa service my husband and I received. We paid for two vitality massages ( the most expensive on the list) and all we received was our bodies being lathered with oil. No true massage. We still tipped the girls as I figured they probably don’t have the training and may not be their fault.
