  The unit itself was only ok. Every tap had spraying issues. The water and ice in fridge did not work. We were not given the building name, door code or unit number when we booked and spent hours trying to get hold of the owner. The grounds were awful, only 12 chairs at the pool, crap from trees all over pool deck, loungers were filthy, tiles missing all over the pool, hot tub ice cold, the grounds were either dirt or dead grass, kids play area very over grown.construction all around as they are building a road right near the pool. These units are way over priced for the surroundings. Positive very quiet and unit was pretty good.

  Its a Condo area with Houses, Hotel and Condo. Has pools by the condos and A Beach Club with Pool and Beach. Pool/ Beach bar is okay for a day with snacks and drinks. The small beach is calm and you get get some kayak for free to paddle around. The Club offers towels but closes before the pool...so you have to return the towels and still are at the pool....a little non sense....

  Beach is very far away from building about 9 mítin vehículo .All inclusive( is not all inclusive) they charge for Can soda and for some drinks and food TripAdvisor needs to Be honest and not keep putting pictures that are not from the rental buildings, is so many complaints and you guys should do something if B Nayar is deshonest , you shouldn’t be .There is no tenis courtATM Doesn’t workMost employees @ Restaurant are Rude, theyGive preference to people with no bracelet

  The most horrible vacation experience. The pictures on their website are fake. No beach access at the hotel. You have to ride a van to a beach club. 7/10 min away from the hotel. Where they call all inclusive. Only Tecate Beer. Nachos and Aguachiles where available. Not even French Fries for the kids. The New Year’s Eve dinner. Martin de La Madrid (manager) didn’t have our table ready and wanted us to seat at an area where only a rope was the security rail on a suspended deck areaAt the hotel the rooms are nice but one of my nephews ended up with over 80 bed bug bites The pools aren’t climate If you want to have access at the beach area on the hotel you need to pay $800.00 Mx pesos ($40.00 US) dls) per adult. And 1/2 of that per kid.The place and management are a huge fraud.

  We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse apartment recently. The resort is large and spacious, there’s a shuttle bus to and from the reception area, takes about 4 minutes but you can walk down to the beach club area. There are beach towels available from the beach club reception. The pools there are lovely and warm and the beach is adjacent and is clean and shelves gently into the warm sea. The main negative is the dreadful loud incessant awful music that the DJ blasts out constantly The beach club serves a nice breakfast and once that is complete the staff then come to your sun bed to take your orders for drinks and snacks. The lunch menu and food is much better than the supper menu. All the staff expect a tip when serving you either in the restaurant or by the pool.There’s another pool nearer the reception area and this is similar in size to the beach club ones but far quieter but no service from the barThe main restaurant is near the main reception area and there’s also another smaller pool there as well The menu is varied and the food on the whole is acceptable. You have to scan the QR codes to see what’s on offer. The main complaint is the total lack of any ordering system. Some days we gave our order and waited up to an hour even for a drink never mind your food order, staff seemed to be busy but doing what we weren’t sure. Another oddity is if you order your starter and main course at same time they are brought out together.I think because we were the only English speaking guests there and very few staff speak English we did find ordering the food difficult The apartment was large with a huge kitchen and dining area however there wasn’t even a spoon never mind a plate!! When the apartment was serviced and used towels taken away I had to keep going to reception to ask for clean ones There wasn’t a safe and unfortunately my wife had two rings taken from our wardrobe It would be nice for the children if there were slides into the pools and also ice cream as at other all inclusive resorts the latter was always available Just a word of advice is don’t lose your immigration form like I did, caused me issues at airport on departure Enjoy the holidays
