    The Worst Hotel Ever!

    Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The rooms are horrendous. The noise is crazy. You can hear everyone in the rooms up and down the halls and the cleaning ladies in the morning have zero respect and make more noise than anyone. There is blood on our walls from previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up. The make the bed with the blanket on top of you and then a sheet on top of that. Crazy! And it’s not like the price is super cheap to account for this. I would never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

    Inhumane and Dreadful Experience at The Container Inn.

    This is the worst experience I have had in a hotel in my entire lifrme. There was no hot water. You can hear what's going on in the other rooms. While in the room you constantly hear loud traffic outside. The rooms are extremely small. The breakfast is basically eggs and mashed bean. But the worst part is that I was harassed to wash my own linen. My sheets were not even that dirty but they said they were not white enough. They said I can either wash them myself or pay 1000+ pesos. I came to Puerta Vallerta for medical treatment. I was unable to wash the sheets myself and I was continually harassed by them knocking on my door late at night and during the day publicly humiliating me in front of other guests.

    We spent one night at the Container Inn because our Sunwing flight was delayed until the next morning. The staff did a great job getting all 60 of us checked in last minute at 11 o'clock at night. There was a small breakfast with hot food the next morning. The hotel and room were basic but very clean. It was an interesting place, I really liked the vibe.

    No success making online reservation. Phone reservation service no better. Phoned hotel but when arrived there was no record. Did get a room for agreed price. Very basic but OK for overnight before flight home. Restaurant not open as advertised. Container Inn, Director General at Hotel Container Inn, responded to this review Dear Phil, your comment is important to us. We share that our restaurant is for breakfast only at the moment. We are sorry that you did not have the call service that all our clients deserve, we will work on it to avoid this happening to us in the future. Greetings!

    Pleasantly surprised by the comfort and unique hotel. Staff was so very pleasant.Near the airport on the main road but it was very quiet.The full breakfast freshly cooked was truly the icing on the cake.This hotel is so well priced, clean, safe, and good location to the airport.Also offers suites and top deck with sun chairs.
