Location

This hotel is located in the relaxing area of Puerto Vallarta. A beautiful sandy beach is just 50 m away and the various shopping and entertainment facilities are to be found in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop may be found only 100 m from the hotel and the international airport is around 15 minutes away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 40 suites and 168 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     stay away - front desk staff was not welcoming. Alfredo tried to charge us more than stated in the email from the hotel. no food available at 4pm upon check in except dry cooked pasta, cooked carrots and chips. loud music from pool area making it impossible to relax or read. our room was directly over the pool even though we requested a quiet room. we could not sleep. when we went to breakfast, we were told breakfast was over event thought there was 30 minutes left in service. only bright spot was manager Victor and waiter Anthony who gave us morning coffee. this resort advertises all inclusive but food is not easily available and there are no umbrellas at the beach. save your money and find a different hotel.

    Horribly misrepresented by Air Canada Vacay. Crocodiles on the private beach/ torn furniture with nails sticking out, birds picking at unattended food. Staff were kind - but … RUN!

    Please please please do not waste your money. You will be super disappointed! Unfriendly staff I've ever seen. Food is absolutely horrible. Hope beddings had stains on them. No stock bars, no entertainment except for Jenga and Mexican bingo !! People that work at the desk are very unfriendly / unwelcoming you and do not speak English at all. Beach is also horrible and attached to lagoon where there's crocodile!! To talk to management you need 24 appointment in order to talk to Rosario!! BAD PLACE! I never go there again and advise people to stay away!

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! First and foremost, the staff was not welcoming whatsoever and did not speak any words of English. Food was edible. Sheets Stained. Intermittent hot water. Internet off and on. No access and chairs to the beach. no snack bars, and definitely no entertainment whatsoever except for Jenga and Mexican bingo! Lesson learned. We'll never go there again!

    Not for an average single or semi retired people. Very noisy with the kids, loud music up to 5th. floor until 9 pm. Complete limitation for the smokers. Not even a designated area. You end up on the street. Cuisine an average , mostly typical Mexican meals. Some very tasty.However the staff is very friendly and courteous. The place is very clean including the room. I would not recommended it if you want a quiet vacation time.
