Location

Located on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, surrounded by mountains and green vegetation, this beach hotel is just 15 minutes from the city centre and guests will find links to the public transport network just a stone's throw away. Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Airport is 30 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 40 junior suites, 8 suites and 168 studios located in a 14-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Plenty of active relaxation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoor pools. Even in bad weather, a swim in the indoor pool is always an option. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball, volleyball and fishing are available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit or, for a fee, diving. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis. There is a wellness area with a spa, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and a kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Loved the room we got. Had a beautiful beach view. The rooms were big. When i booked, I didn't expect for the rooms to be as spacious as they were. 1 room had 2 twin beds & a bathroom. The other room had 1 queen bed and another bathroom. The tv had Netflix, Disney Plus and other apps logged on and ready to watch. We enjoyed the heated pool for those late nights. Good and drinks were good. I only had one issue; my son threw up one night (on the sheets) . I removed them and placed them where the cleaning person could see and replace them. Later that night when going to sleep, I realized they had put the dirty sheet back on the bed.     We stayed here for 4 weeks and enjoyed every day. I identified 47 different fish species while snorkelling. Very friendly peolple.     Pros: customer service and views were 10/10 Everything else was average if not below average. It’s an older hotel, the elevator only fits two, you won’t get a seat at the pool because the Retired Mafia is there.
