Location

This hotel lies on the Bahía de Banderas bay and is around 200 m from the nearest beach and the town centre with its access to the public transport network. The airport is only some 5 minutes away.

Facility

32 junior suites, 24 suites, 97 single rooms and 194 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, table tennis and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a spa, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. The resort offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    One of the many notable restaurants we ate at in Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta was Tiãngtáng, and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant was beautiful, and the quality of the food was outstanding. For dessert, we had fried ice-cream and it was such a fun show for our family. The servers were friendly and so attentive to our table. I recommend, 5/5! Vladimir was an incredible person attending us. We will come back!

    I had an amazing experience with my wife for our honeymoon.The best part was the kind and extremely attentive staff. They were all wonderful, however I would like to specifically mention those four that went truly above and beyond on each visit. Rosarlio stationed in the breakfast, Rafael stationed in the Sonne club, Yulissa stationed in the Italian restaurant, and Alexis stationed in the cevicheria.My hope is that you have the chance to meet these incredible people. I want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience and thank you for making it a beautiful honey moon.

    Had dinner at the Tiantang Asian restaurant and it was exceptional. It was mine and my girlfriend’s anniversary and Vladimir, our waiter, made it extremely special with a unique desert experience. The entire staff did a wonderful job with presentation and attentiveness. Not to mention ALL the food was amazing.
