Location

This luxurious hotel may be found at the head of the attractive Banderas Bay of Palma. The city centre lies only around a 15-minute walk away. Puerto Vallarta is around 45 km away and Puerto Vallarta airport lies roughly 40 km from the hotel.

Facility

The complex has a lifts and features 145 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    What an incredible resort! It is absolutely beautiful but without the wonderful staff it would be nothing! The most humble and beautiful people work there and make this resort everything it is. They have a piece of my heart! Thank you isn’t enough!

    We have stayed with assorted luxury brand hotels globally (including other four seasons) and did a lot of research on where to stay in Punta Mita and settled on this option. I had some apprehension as some of the recent reviews weren’t great but we were absolutely thrilled with our decision! We had a large family group so booked 5 rooms - 4 garden casita and 1 oceanfront suite. Rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Views from oceanfront suite were stunning, we sat on our patio and watched whales daily! Quality of food in restaurants were excellent and drink selections great. If you want to do a private dinner/group event there are lots of options you can look at. The amenities were great - pools/gym and extra activities offered off resort including racquet sports. You do need to make sure you get to large infinity pool early for good seat selection but other pools were quiet. What stood out for us was the service, no request was forgotten- big or small. We were always greeted with a smile wherever we went, the quality of training with the employees is evident. Our butler, Jesus Guerrero, went above and beyond the whole trip. The kids referred to him as the GOAT of butlers - he truly helped make our trip special. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

    Overated, overpriced. Dated and tired. I would not go back. It’s a spectacular location, but there has been no renovation. One is sorely needed. They charge US pricing and give you a third world experience. The service is spotty. This was the most frustratingThe GM needs to get back to basics and train the staff. By contrast.
