Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Beautiful resort, amazing food, fun and relaxing atmosphere. Daniel and Humberto, our butlers, were very attentive and helpful!     Came to the Italian restaurant at Hotel Mousai and it was devine. I got the tagliata al balsamico and trio di sorbetti and they were delicious. Geraedo (waiter) recommended the dishes because I was indesisive. He was super attentive, kind, and informative about all the menu options and just sweet human being!! Karen was also helping our table and she brought our dishes out quickly. Geraedo and Karen even surprised me for my bday!!!! They remembered I said I was celebrating my 40th!!     Always the best service at Hotel Mousai!! This is our 5th trip and we are always ready to return! The butlers, Diego and Ernesto literally took care of our every need!The food was maybe the best we’ve had! And the guys at the rooftop pool…they don’t quit! Literally bringing new drinks before we can ask!Puerto Vallarta felt perfectly safe and normal. We went downtown for dinner and to walk around and didn’t have any issues! Don’t let the news hold you back for your new favorite spot!!
