This club hotel lies directly beside the sandy Playa Flamingos that lines the Pacific Ocean. Nuevo Vallarta offering shopping venues, restaurants, bars, cafés and nightclubs is about 2 km away and Puerto Vallarta that also features an abundance of shopping and entertainment venues is just 15 km from the hotel (approximately 35 minutes drive). Links to the public transport are also to be found close by and the airport may easily be reached by making use of the public transport services (9 km away).

Facility

20 junior suites, 6 suites and 674 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking.

    Food was subpar; except the specialty restaurants which were above average. Enchiladas were the best food option. Out room was located on the second floor and there were no elevators in that specific building which made for lots of climbing in the humid weather. Overall experience was positive, very kid friendly and we loved the kid pool. Other pool area were a little dirty.     My family had a great time here .Thanks to Alejandro for the pool games competition was fun . Hugo from the steak house we had an amazing dinner and was so delicious. Yuriana our waitress made some delicious drinks watermelon shots were the best . We had such a good time we will definitely be back .     Just returning from a girl's trip with 5 40yo women. Below are our thoughts....PROS;- very clean- beautiful beach- easy to access A la Carte restaurants. They do not take reservations, but we never had a problem getting in!- Neon party (Friday night). A lot of staff working this party. Great energy, balloons, bubbles, live DJ, very clean -we booked as a Sunwing Vacation and the rep at the hotel was great for book excursions and was always at his table for whatever else we needed!- coffee shop! Delicious iced coffee!- ice cream shop- although the hours they were open were inconsistent- great room- comfortably slept 5 adult women, with 2 full bathrooms!-food was great at the buffet and the snack bar by the pools!CONS:- overall entertainment was lacking. Foam party didn't happen all week. Day time entertainment was slow and evening entertainment was slow as well, except the Neon Party.- No shade on the beach. We brought our own umbrella but it was so windy they just flew out of the ground-no room service or take out containers at the buffet- food at some A La Cartes. Steakhouse and Italian weren't the best, and the other two were buffet! - very small gym, often hard to get a spot to use/machineOverall, I would probably try another resort next time, simply due to the entertainment, but we still enjoyed!     Very clean, great selection for meals, staff all quite friendly.Only issue on my end was the sit-down restaurant wait time. This seems to be happening at a lot of all-inclusives right now, but they are moving away from reservations.The biggest issue with this is listening to other travelers complain about it…they often get so obnoxious about it that it makes us uncomfortable.
