    We have been to this location many times and have always had a good experience and any issues that arise are always fixed swiftly and with quality.We would like to give a special shout out to all of the staff, especially Alexis, one of the receptionists; Francis, our regular breakfast server; Yesy, our regular lunch server; Estrella, another one of our regular servers; Nayeli, the concierge; Randy, the Steakhouse host; Edgar, one of the managers; Erick, one of the entertainment staff; and Christopher, another one of the entertainment staffAlexis helped us get a better room which better suited our tastes while being very patient with us as we were incredibly tired. The next day when we called to have the pullout couch made she remembered us and our names!Francis was an incredible server who always took care of us with a smile and politeness.Yesy always remembered us when we walked through the door and even remembered our drink orders! She extremely fun to be around and was an amazing server!Estrella always took care of us with a smile on her face and was very good at her job as a server— quick, polite, and friendly.Nayeli took great care of us for my father’s birthday, helping us plan a great dinner. She went above and beyond. Last time we came she took care of my grandmother during Covid and my grandma loved her!Randy was extremely patient with us and helped us out as best he could! We ended up getting in to the steakhouse and having a great time.Edgar helped us with the steakhouse and was extremely kind and patient with us despite our circumstances.Erick was one of our favourites of the entertainment staff who, despite not always remembering my name, remembered who I was and said hi to my every morning and always made me laugh. I was honoured to be able to do a portrait for him which he was extremely grateful for and made my heart full!Christopher was another one of our favourite entertainment staff who recognized us from one of our last trips. We got to have many conversations with us and was so patient with me and my awkwardness. I also drew a portrait for him which he appreciated as well, again making me very happy.Overall, our stay was excellent and we will definitely be back again, hopefully soon!Thank you to all the staff who make this possible. It is our favourite place to stay.

    I loved this all inclusive hotel! Many fun activities throughout the day! The bartenders were so quick with making drinks that wait times were decent! Rooms were always cleaned every morning! Fast service!

    The place was great to relax as we had a big group with us. Buffet was nice as there was option for everyone. Everything was good as you would expect, close to beach, great food option. The only thing that stood out was no outdoor showers to rinse our feet and body from the sand. There were a few but was not fully functioning.

    Fantastic resort as always. Food, service, rooms were all excellent. We had a few dinners at the ala carte restaurants and they were very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of days of rain but it was still warm. We’ll definitely go back.

    During the day we had so much fun with the entertainment group, Christofer and Oscar at night with Calú and the contest before the main event was the star of the night.The Don Rafael waitress during breakfast and lunch was also great, Norma and Arcelina were very pleasant and helpful.The only point I would see improvement was the lack of pressure of the shower on the room 8025.Also Randy at Steakhouse could be more polite and organized on setting up group table, since he tried to split our group with 3 toddlers.
