Location

Ideally located on the coast of the Pacific in Bahía de Banderas, one of the largest bays in the world, the resort is just 20 min from the airport and 5 min from the city centre.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 337 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing, kayaking and diving. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Wonderful experience, especially good with the kids. Kids club was amazing, beautiful resort. Blaze and Tamari restaurants are some of the best food i’ve had, and the atmosphere can’t be beaten.

    Wonderful Stay—We'll Definitely Be Back!

    We had such a great time here and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. Everything was clean, and the beach was absolutely wonderful. We spent a lot of time at the pools and enjoyed all of them.The service throughout the resort was fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The food was also really good. We enjoyed most of the restaurants, although the Italian restaurant wasn't quite as good as the others.Our room was very clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job during our stay.The only thing I didn't like was at check-in. We were told a lady in a light pink shirt would help us get situated, but it turned out she was trying to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation. When I declined, I got the feeling she wasn't very happy about it. If you're not interested in a timeshare pitch, I'd just politely say no and move on.Honestly though, that was the only negative during our entire trip. Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful beach, great food, excellent service, clean rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.
