Location

Located on the beachfront, the hotel offers magnificent views of the mountains and the Bay of Banderas. Shopping centres and the main attractions of Puerto Vallarta are just minutes away. The location is also well-connected with the rest of Mexico via the Guadalajara-Vallarta and Compostela Guadalajara-Autlán-Vallarta motorways. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is just 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

259 rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and golf are available. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant with air conditioning and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Just came back and had the best time ever! The lobby bar staff was amazing. Pedro was our favorite along with Fatima, and Jesus. Amazing staff make this resort well worth it!!

    I stayed at the Hacienda, which was perfect for what I was looking for. I never felt rushed to wake up early to find a spot. The Krystal side was a lot more chaotic with families. The rooftop pool on the Krystal side was quiet and had great views though. I would overall recommend!Manuel from the Hacienda was very friendly and had great service. He helped make my breakfast experience very enjoyable!     Needs better customer service

    Relax at the Hacienda and the people are fantastic.

    We have stayed at the Hacienda regularly since 2019. Its a great place to gather with friends for a relaxing visit and close enough to town to enjoy all the PV has to offer. What stands out are the people as they always welcome you with open arms. Special shout out to Manual at El Buffet who is a fantastic ambassador for the Hacienda. In addition, when getting an early morning coffee at El Rincon, Marta always welcomed you with a beautiful smile making you feel right at home.If your looking for a relaxing vacation, the people at the Hacienda will take great care of you.
