Location

This comfortable hotel is located in the romantic district of Vallarta just 10 metres from the beach and a few paces from the tourist centre where guests will discover countless shops, restaurants and other entertainment venues. The international airport is some 20 minutes’ away by car or with the transfer bus.

Facility

44 suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 indoor and outdoor pools. The freshwater pool area, which is in part heated, also has a children's pool. Parasols on the terrace are also available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Leisure options at the apartment hotel include a spa, a sauna and a solarium. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling and diving. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch and dinner).

    I love Los Arcos Suites for its unbeatable location and excellent amenities.Minutes from the glorious beach and with a selection of three pool areas to choose from. Amazing staff are truly professional and always happy to be helpful.Special shout out to Antonio who was on the front desk during my recent ten day stay. How do you measure the willingness to be helpful with the ability to laugh and the good sense to suggest places to go , places to shop and eat and an endless way of unconsciously making an old dopey Canadian/Irishman (octogenarian) feel good and so welcome ?It must be a Mexican thing and he's got it all.Muchos Gracias Senor Antonio.     Great experience! Have always enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is not a big resort or a 5 star but is very clean, great staff, family oriented with excellent service in all area's; front desk, restaurants, pool, beach. Los Arcos is located in the heart of the romantic zone right on the beach with restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and more...all within walking distance. April weather is just perfect to sit back and relax. Beach and poolside service were exceptional, thanks to Felipe! | can't wait to go back again in fall.     Staff member Moses was the best part

    We stayed at the adult only portion of los arcos. The casa Susana this was our 2nd year deciding to stay at Los arcos. Had countless issues with our room key deactivating. After 3 times going back down to desk from getting a new key printed they finally called a servicemen to replace the card reader on our door. After that has no notable issues. Most of our staff interaction at the front desk was with a very pleasant young man named Moses, he spoke very good English & Spanish. He was hands down the most personable and friendly staff member we encountered at casa suzana, always greeted us with a smile. He even got us to upgrade to all inclusive package after our first few days. He was attentive and honest. If he didnt know the answer to our question he would find someone who did to ensure the correct information was conveyed.Although you could tell he was still learning he was the highlight of our trip In regards to staff . Keep being that friendly kind approachable guy moses!! Room was a interior room with no windows that could be opened/see out of. The window that was there was behind wooden shuuter and once opened was frosted glass.Bed was rather uncomfortable as both my partner and I immediately noticed after first night how stuff our backs were.Our room AC had a constant and considerable amount of condensation being blown out of it. Which led to having to daily cleanup a puddle of water.Was rather disappointed to find out the rooftop bar at casa suzana was closed and remained closed our entire durations of the stay.Supposedly due to recent events in relation to the cartel. Everything is within walking distance of this resort. Noise was nothing crazy. Only notable thing was everyday at about 7am a loud yappy dog. Not sure if was from nearby local or someone visting with their dog.     Best location and wonderful service. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Extremely good value for the dollar. It felt like we were actually visiting Mexico in the best way.
