Location

This hotel is located in the leisure area of the Puerto Vallarta, directly on the splendid sandy beach. It is just a few minutes walk to the town centre and its many shopping and entertainment venues.

    Just Good Location, but Poor & disappointment Hotel's policy, part of my family couldn't travel for healthy reasons, they called your Hotel's management ahead of time to cancel and explain the situation, but you didn't give any credit or refund at all, or try any apologies, or even change the dates or anything to make them feel comfortable, they didn't receive any support at all from you Hotel. if management would do anything about this issue, we would it come back here again, unfortunately this is the last time we will use your facility.     Excellent location, clean room interior.Pool has black growth on grout between tiles Black growth on balcony brickwork.Lounge chairs faded, sagging, have tears and covered with baked on bird crap.Bird crap also on pool deck and on chairs in open air restaurant Hotel Rosita, Director General at Rosita Hotel, responded to this review Thank you so much for share your experience in Rosita Hotel.     Beautiful Ocean Views & Perfect Location in Puerto Vallarta

    I recently stayed at Hotel Rosita in Puerto Vallarta and had such a great experience. The location is perfect — right on the Malecón and walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The views from the hotel are beautiful, especially during sunset.The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the hotel had a charming, classic Mexican feel that made it feel authentic and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was a nice place to unwind after exploring the city.If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location, beautiful ocean views, and a more traditional Puerto Vallarta atmosphere, I definitely recommend Hotel Rosita.     Very disappointed this time. Was better the first time because we had a much nicer room!!

    The first time we visited we had room 426, this time we had Suite #1, the worst location in the entire hotel, so noisy!!     The hotel was not busy, the staff chose to place us one level above a construction zone. This began . at 7am. The hotel is incredibly poorly structed with sound proofing as you can hear everything. There were also internal construction, hammering drilling, etc., for most of the visit. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely rude, indicating we cannot start until 8:00am, it was 7:55am.Location was good on the maleacon.
