Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, only 500 m from the city centre and surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and diverse shops. A ski lift (c. 200 m) and an appealing river for those seeking relaxation (c. 300 m ) provide variety for guests. The nearest public transport stop is located directly in front of the hotel and Ordaz airport is 20 km.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 50 suites located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.     Staff was amazing! Great restaurant below the hotel. The hotel is right on the beach and next to Los Muertos Pier. Oxxo and many bars and restaurants within quick walking distance. I really enjoyed it!

    Our Go-To hotel in Puerto Vallarta!

    We have been coming to Emperador Hotel & Suites for five years now. I give this hotel five stars for the combined experience of BEING RIGHT ON THE BEACH with Los Muertos Pier just off to the right. We always get a fourth floor balcony suite, our favorite place to watch happy locals and tourists enjoying the beach, view boats coming and going, see the birds and sea life ( even whales breeching) and hear the music in the air. The staff, including manager Gervacio Rivera, are ALWAYS wonderful. You have the added benefit of a no frills outdoor covered kitchen with a full fridge and stove with oven (for those who choose to cook while on vacation---not me!) We also love this location to be able to hop right on a water taxi from Los Muertos Pier within minutes. Last, there is a beautiful roof top deck with combination sunny area and covered and a small cool water Jacuzzi tub.

    I have had the opportunity to visit Emperador Beach Hotel several times. The location and staff (especially Gervacio) are terrific. The hotel has ‘old Mexico’ charm, the beach facing rooms offer stellar ocean views, and you are only steps away from the best restaurants. Emperador is a favorite hotel for my family.

    This is the most convenient hotel that I have ever stayed at. It is right on the beach. I had an oceanfront balcony room with amazing views. The staff was friendly and accommodating and it was in walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. I can’t wait to visit again.

    My recent vacation stay at the Emperador Beachfront Hotel(7 nights) was a very enjoyable experience. The room had a partial ocean view and was very clean/comfortable. The hotel is in a great location of the Romantic Zone with all beaches, restaurants and other attractions in walking distance. I feel it was a great value for the price. In addition, the entire hotel staff was very pleasant and professional. I would also like the recognize Gervacio of the front desk staff. During a previous stay in 2023, I had taken ill with stomach issues and was room bound for a few days. Gervacio checked in on me and made sure that I had all I needed in terms of food, water and remedies. This was very much appreciated. I will highly recommend this property to my friends and associates.Craig B.
