Location

This hotel is located at the heart of Nuevo Vallarta approximately 20 km from the centre of Puerto. Restaurants, bars and countless shopping facilities are all to be found nearby (2 km away) and are easily reached by making use of public transport. The nearest public transport stop is in fact located just outside the hotel and the Orgaz airport is 20 km away.

Facility

203 rooms are available to guests in an 8-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 lifts. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service (for a fee).

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and beach volleyball are available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, motorboat rides, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving or, for a fee, canoeing. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. The complex offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

The resort includes a bar. Great food and friendly service await guests in 2 air-conditioned restaurants. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Such a wonderful experience. The location is amazing, we had a wonderful view of the ocean and were far enough away from all the chaos, but close enough for when we wanted to go. The atmosphere was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and I could tell they were having fun. The rooms were wonderful! Very spacious and had everything we needed, great value too. Everything was very clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The noise level wasn’t bad at all. You could be loud when participating in the actives if you wanted to, but up in the rooms you couldn’t really hear anything. The gym was also great, I was pleasantly surprised, they had everything I needed to do my workouts. Gaby, Tere, Briana and Edgar were wonderful experience coordinators. They made sure we had a lot of fun and had plenty of entertainment. We tried beach volleyball, water volleyball, bingo and the karaoke the nights that we were here. Such a blast, I would definitely come back.     Event Staff ROCKS!

    Most all the staff was fantastic with the slight exception of one or two servers possibly just having an off day. Everyone else was always friendly, cheerful, responsive, and attentive. The only reason this is a four start review is because of the less than expected facility maintenance. The event staff was exceptionally enjoyable. They were engaging and pleasant every time we seen them. From my elderly parents to mine and my brother’s families with a total of 7 kids ranging from 18 - 2. From beach volleyball, bingo, pool side activities, and Kids Club they were always ready to make our experience one to remember. I’ll be back for more beach volleyball with Edgar, pool blackjack with Briana, & pool volleyball with Gabby. Thank all of you!     An awesome experience that turned the day around!

    Aldo and Raul turned a very bad day into an excellent and enchanting experience. My husband got injured on the beach on my birthday and we spent 6+ hours at the emergency room. But that night we ate at La Trattoria restaurant and my family asked for them to do something special for my birthday and my husband's injury. They bought us beautiful desserts with sparklers in them. They sang Happy Birthday and we also had a "fireworks" experience that is hard to describe but totally done by Aldo and Raul!!! It was super fun and made the evening!!! Thank you Aldo and Raul and thank you to my family!!!
