Dismal service and condition of the hotel I do not recommend it

Dismal hotel I do not recommend, bad service, had no television, no light, no internet, no hand towel, and when telling the reception people it earned them a cumin, this very bad condition selected that hotel, because it was one of the closest I had, and cheap not this one either, spend the night there, the truth very bad hotel Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.com.mx. The hotel smells like diapers, the rooms are very old and generally dirty in the shower and bathroom area. There is no place to put your luggage, much less does it have a hair dryer service in the sink, which is almost in front of the bed. A very basic hotel, without elevators, small rooms, there is no one to help with luggage, and it is hard to carry suitcases, the TV is very limited, unprofessional staff. We stayed one night here. The room was very basic and there were no amenities. You had to go to the front desk to get towels and they couldn't even provide hand towels or wash cloths. The AC didn't work very well either. The room was fairly clean though.They had a small dining area but they didn't offer anything I would eat. It was very simple with a buffet of retried beans and a few other things.We were allowed to have out dogs but did pay extra for them. I would not stay there again.

One night stay. Hotel is very conveniently located close to suburban commercial, industrial and residential areas (not for going to Downtown). Very nice building and convenient parking. Excelent price / value, but very similar to other high value hotels / chains. First impression is a brand new, shining hotel, but very odd decor colors (white environment, bright red colors on doors and furniture). Comfortable, but it is becoming a little bit dirty. A better attention to cleaning would not hurt. Included breakfast is very cost conscious. They will give you exactly three half pieces of toast per person. No more. You can ask for better options a cost.
