    No view for ocean front room

    My room was sold as “Ocean Front,” but it had no ocean view at all. Be aware that the hotel offers no guarantee that a room you pay an Ocean Front rate for will actually have an ocean view. When I raised the issue, the hotel just said there is no extra room to exchange and we can’t downgrade your room as well.     Worst Experience!

    Probably one of the worst all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. Screams all inclusive but has limitations everywhere. Buffets were always closed when we wanted to go. The drinks are heavily watered down! The AC was broken for hours when we arrived. The specialty restaurants did not allow you to get more than one thing. We were treated with rudeness by so many of the workers I lost count of how many. Would not recommend this resort at all.
