Facility

The resort has a lift and features 478 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Amazing dinners and pools, but disappointing room.

    The sit down dinner reservations were top notch, and service was excellent! I wish the lunch had more variety, and wasn’t buffet only, but was still pretty good. The size of the pools were huge, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and there was a lot of beach, but the seaweed was out of control and needs more attention removing it. However, the room was very disappointing. Bed was nice, but a few of the wall outlets didn’t work, and we had basically no hot water for the 8 days we were there! We had to endure cold showers in the morning, before dinner and before bed (basically when everyone else would be wanting to shower also), but when maintenance would come to check it in the other times of day, they could find no problem with it. When we asked the staff, they said nothing was wrong. Oh well.

    Holy moly the value of this resort is incredible!!!!! This resort is one of several on the grounds. We loved having access to all of them! The food was good, mixed drinks at all pool bars were something that needs addressed. Best bet is beer at those bars. Service was phenomenal pool side , those servers work so hard and they do a great job! Grounds are beautiful , beach was covered in seaweed which was a lot for them to keep clean so we missed out on that! Large parties cannot eat at the same table but they did get us together in the same general area!     This place was amazing. We wanted to stay at the Palace, but the for the increase in cost we decided just to stay at the Tropical, and stay longer, and do more activities. Everything was awesome. Special shout out to Dressel Divers. We did several of their tours, and they were all amazing. Esp. Gigi, our snorkel adventure guide. We swam with huge green turtles. Bucket list stuff.     Beautiful resort with great pools and nice rooms. Beach was pretty to look at but pretty rocky with lots of seaweed during our stay which is not the resorts fault. There were plenty of chairs around the pools and beach which was really nice. Swim up bars had good service. The food at the buffets was very bland and no one in our group enjoyed the buffet food. The two restaurants (Santa Fe & Capri)we had were very good but we were only allowed to choose two restaurants out of our 4 night stay which was not explained at check in. The front desk employees were extremely unhelpful at check in when there was a room mix up and also when a couple in our group did not have hot water in their shower for the entire stay. We enjoyed most of our stay because of the pools, beautiful property and bars but will choose a different resort next time.
