  My stay at Devossion was nothing short of amazing. What truly made this resort stand out was the staff. Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Their level of service made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Even management checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure everything was going well, which made the experience feel even more personal and thoughtful.I visited for my babymoon, and the staff acknowledged it throughout my entire stay. They even surprised me with thoughtful small gifts, which made the experience feel extra special. If you are celebrating a special occasion, this is absolutely the place to do it.The view from my room was breathtaking. I stayed in the Queen Premium Ocean View room, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was even bigger and nicer than the pictures online, which almost never happens.I also visited the spa three times, and every experience was incredible. The concierge team was equally impressive. I booked an excursion through the hotel, and they took a great deal of time explaining everything in detail and even called multiple companies to ensure they could properly accommodate me.The food was very good at every restaurant I tried. My favorite was Nami, the Asian restaurant. I am not usually a huge fan of Asian cuisine, but it was honestly some of the best I have had. The beds were also extremely comfortable, and housekeeping kept my room spotless the entire trip. Even if you were still in the room during cleaning time, they would happily return later.I have stayed at several all inclusive resorts, and this was by far one of the best, mainly because of the staff and how valued they made me feel throughout my stay.The only downside, in my opinion, was the lack of activities and entertainment. There were only a few scheduled activities each day, and some did not end up happening. There were also no nightly shows like many resorts offer. Most evenings featured a DJ, and one night they had stand up comedy.Overall, I would still give this resort a 5 out of 5 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

  I found the hotel to be very beautiful and elegant, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, they truly deserve recognition for their service.However, my friend and I unfortunately got food poisoning during our stay, which left us in bed for two days. While room service was available, I believe the hotel should consider offering more suitable options for guests who are unwell. When you’re sick, heavy dishes like fries or club sandwiches are not ideal. At the moment, fruit can only be ordered at certain times, which is quite limiting.It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could offer a few simple, easily digestible options for situations like this, for example bananas, melon, light soups or broth without strong spices, or plain yogurt. I called reception to ask if I could get yogurt, but I was told it wasn’t possible, even though yogurt is available at breakfast. That felt quite inconsistent, and I really think there should be a way to accommodate sick guests more flexibly. Having a basic “sick menu” as a backup would significantly improve the experience.In general, I was not very impressed with the food concept. I found the meals quite complicated and not particularly enjoyable. Some of the restaurants are also not open every day, which limits the options. On my last day, I wanted to have grilled meat, but the restaurant was reserved for a private event. Because of this, I was quite disappointed with the all-inclusive offering overall, as I expected more variety and reliability. It would have been much better to also have a buffet restaurant available.Regarding entertainment, there was music during the day, but I missed more evening entertainment such as live singing or similar activities.Overall, my rating is mainly based on the very kind and service-minded staff, as well as the fact that the hotel itself is beautiful. However, I’m not sure I would choose to book again.

  11/10. Absolutely beautiful resort. The atmosphere, architecture and attention to detail are 5 Stars. Luxurious and Chic at its best. ALL staff are genuinely hospitable, friendly and engaging. Customer service was superb. The food is on another level. Delicious to all pallets and creatively presented. There was not one restaurant we ate at that did not amaze our taste buds. This resort is HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic environment and experience. Not for the wild party goers...But (For those ppl you can still walk down to 5th Ave and find plenty to do in the night. The Beaches were the ONLY sad part when we visited due to the season we came as there was plenty of Sargassum (that being said this is put of control for the resort...regardless the staff were out every morning doing there part to try and clean it up) We will definitely comeback! Thanks to all the staff at Devossion ❤️❤️❤️ Erick and Melanie are also honorable mentions as they were the entertainment duo that kept us engaged and busy throughout the days with their activities! See you sooner than later 😉

  From the moment we arrived and it was Jay who greeted us before check in .So kind and happy that we were there.We went to celebrate our anniversary and we had wine and cake in our room waiting for us .The food so good , best all inclusive food we’ve had .Mexican could be better but still was so nice to sit outside next to ocean .Pool scene is fun and not to party crazy , pool food and cocktails service best we ever had .Room ac worked great and beds comfy .Everywhere you go you agreed with a hello and the service is top-notch. They are really there to make sure that you have a wonderful vacation bring tip money. These people deserve it. They were very very hard. This is a list of the following names I would like to acknowledge further wonderful service and thank you Chef Omar for bringing us out to dishes that were amazing .Ignacio best server in Italian Yair smiles at Starbucks every morn.Andres and Erick vibe team amazing!!Ady and Vessi thank you for spoiling us by the pool .If you are looking to book this resort, you will not be disappointed. Yes, there’s sarcasm in the ocean, but the white pottery sand to sit on the beach and look at the beautiful ocean.   We chose this resort because we absolutely Loved Live Aqua Cancún, they are both great in their own ways. DEVOSSION staff is amazing as expected considering they are through Live Aqua. The food was excellent, the room clean no mold or plumbing issues hot water 24/7 . They give you a schedule of the activities and restaurants times hold on to it or take a pic. Lots of place to post up by the pool or beach so no waiting around to enjoy a spot by either. Erick was the activity person from gym classes like Pilates , kayaking ,bike tours to fun activities like corn hole, volleyball and all types of tournaments. Andres oversaw the art activities, mixology classes ect. They both had great energy good vibes and lots of fun. Lizzie was such a sweetheart she worked at the cafe and was a great help in taking care of my wife on our last day- she was very hungover 😂. Edgar also worked at the cafe he offered great service. Oswaldo from Liberi was our favorite waiter he truly goes above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as possible and very enjoyable conversation. DJ Rocha is on point with the music I would see every single person souls come to life when he took over , every one dancing and singing.Overall there was just great people working there. One recommendation would be to the female DJ during the day the music she played constantly was what I call headache music and I wasn’t the only guest who thought so, she should at least take a break from it and put some relaxing unwinding music if not light dance music. Rave music is not for everyone especially all day long non stop. Other than that it was perfect. I am very happy I brought in another year of life at this resort.
