English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a whirlpool bath. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and golf. Water sports available at the resort include windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The resort was awesome first time bringing my kids and they loved it couldnt get them out the water! So much for them to do ! We did the tour “tu corazon “ with drisdey and she did amazing so much fun!!     This resort exceeded our expectations for our first time to Cancun. We loved the food, entertainment, pool areas and beach activities. While the seaweed affecting the coast was unfortunate it didn’t put a damper on our stay. The teen room, pick up volleyball & soccer games on the beach along with special events kept us very busy! The resort was clean and beautiful! Most importantly the staff was attentive, nice, friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to a return trip!     This resort is top notch! I have zero complaints about anything. The variety of restaurants was phenomenal, wide variety of activities and entertainment, the pool area was clean and refreshing, the staff is beyong generous and kind, housekeeping was on the ball, and the overall ambiance of the entire resort is unmatched. Our family had a wonderful time here and I would definitely visit again!!     Fam trip - Teenager and toddler style

    Roger is the best! He made sure we were taken care of daily at the Preferred Pool. Our room (Preferred Club King Ocean View) was very spacious and comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom. Amenities - steamer, safe, shampoo, body wash and lotion. We also had a large couch sitting area in our room, unobstructed ocean view on balcony with a jacuzzi tub! Housekeeping did an excellent job when they came, floors always mopped and everything picked up (toddler). Beach was white fine sand but June is hot so sargassum naturally was to be expected. Staff did exceptional job with tractor and rakes to keep it as neat and clean as possible. While the beach water was still yucky from the incoming algae, it was still lovely beach air and blue water to look at further out. Missed swimming in the ocean directly but this is the time of year we picked to come, knowing the risk, we wanted whale shark season also. They did fireworks one night, lots of lobby music and karoake at night. Dining was obviously very kiddo friendly, nothing super fancy as the resort is catering towards families with kids. Zipline and water slides were fun. Toddler loves the lazy river. The ceviche at the preferred lunch Blue Water Grill was great. El Pario ceviche and barbacoa was also delicious. Definitely plan ahead when you arrive for your dinner reservations for days upcoming. Take plenty of sunscreen with you. Mangroves nearby are natural occurring and needed for preservation of Mexico’s beauty, yes there can be small crocodiles but if they are spotted, there are always lifeguards on watch to alert you. They do not allow ocean swimming after sunset for this reason. Everyone was so so nice. Kalena and concierge staff was lovely also. Would return but likely in the late fall or very early spring to enjoy the beach more.     Location is great but food is a big miss. I wont recommend going here unless you need to be here for an occasion. There are many good resorts with cheaper price and better food.
