    My husband and I came here on a recommendation from a friend. It is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are cozy and inviting.The food was perfect. Clean and well prepared. Get the Shrimp tacos! Abraham and Carlos took very good care of us - ever day. They had our favorites handed to us as we walked into the restaurant or on the beach. Michelle and other staff were all accommodating and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!     Food was 12/10 very delicious. Servers were very friendly, I told them it was my sisters birthday and they gave her a brownie and put a happy birthday song.     We are on day 3 of a 5 night stay and are throughly enjoying our stay! The beds on the beach mean you feel like you have your own private beach club! The staff work so hard from day to night. Food is great (breakfast 10/10!) Cocktails delish and really reasonably priced compared to some places in Tulum. Bike rental is a great perk, we have cycled miles already. Tip- maybe bring ear plugs on an evening as the base from the clubs can be loud but not the hotels fault! Would deffo come back!     Wonderful and Relaxing Getaway

    My partner and I spent 3 days/nights at Dune and absolutely loved it. Our room was simple and cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. And Dune is conveniently located right across the street from a little mart if we needed anything. Abraham checked us in and helped us with anything we needed. He gave us great input when we asked about cenotes to check out and he helped us arrange transportation. The other lovely staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The whole place was so relaxing. The location is also great, as we were able to walk down the street in the evening to find somewhere to go for dinner.     Food was absolutely amazing, service was very good, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was so good. Especially Roberto, he was so great in conversation and was always working hard with a smile on his face. We made great friends. But once again, his all around amazing, would definitely recommend.
