Location

The hotel is located on the seafront and has wonderful beach access. It is located just 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 7 minutes from the archaeological site of Akumal. Airports in the region include Cancún International Airport (95 km away) and Cozumel International Airport (90 km).

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 422 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing and diving. The holiday village offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras, including snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The service here is incredible. They brought out a custom-made dessert for my wife on our honeymoon since she cannot have dairy. They’re extremely kind. They even brought out the chef to introduce us to him. With the dessert. The salad and entrée is also amazing to you. They got a picture with me here!     Not worth your money! Stay away. First , terrible food and drinks , horrible! This place said " all inclusive " but will try to take more money in any single moment in every where you go. The facilities old the room are ugly. And there os wayyyy better places for this price.. no no no never again , and when you complain the worker citalli will give you the worst feeling will smile in your face and make you want to explode.     We visited here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful. The staff are excellent and provide such a lovely atmosphere. My personal favorite restaurant is sumptuori show cooking. Our waiter, Jesus, was superb! I definitely recommend if you’re visiting here and hopefully you get Jesus as your waiter too!     Started off when the cleaning lady would steam the beds which would make them kinda moist at night, they had roaches in the room, mystery burger meat, hibachi is not what you expect, nightlife was not very good but not to bad just not a lot of people there. I had to waiting 15 minutes for a Pepsi twice in el grand azul.
