This hotel lies just 2 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Riviera Maya just 1 block from renowned Quinta Avenida with its many shops. The nearest bus stop is around 100 m away and it is 60 km to Cancún airport, which may be reached in around 30 minutes. The Maya site of Tulúm is approximately 70 km away.

Facility

Guests receive a warm welcome at the hotel. 3 junior suites, 5 suites, 5 single rooms and 22 double rooms are available. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms

    Hotel staff is the nicest in Playa del Carmen. We’ve stayed many times in different hotels and several resorts here and although this hotel is not a resort, they treat you better than anywhere else.Food was great and very inexpensive. Food server was nice and took good care of us. Thank you! We Will be back.

    We booked a room online for three nights unfortunately due to our flight delay we arrived late. The room was already charged and they overbooked so they gave our room away and left us with nothing did not help us get into a new room or anywhere else stranded on a street. The workers are not friendly, not helpful. The front desk girl does not know what she’s doing and was not able to help us . This was an experience never wanna feel again and I will never ever tell anyone to use this place. The pictures also do not match. It was very dilapidated on the outside. God knows what it look like on the inside. Highly disappointed this is my first bad review of any place I’ve ever stayed at. I would give it zero stars, but they made me give it one.

    I love my trip for My 35 anniversary!! I want to thank Luis Angel for going above and beyond for my husband and I ans helping us get settled in since it was our first time here. We spent a week here and will definitely be back and hope to see Luis soon!     Fine for a one night stay if you are 'into' the Playa del Carmen cheap tourist type of town

    Fine for a one night stay as passing through. In all honesty, not thrilled with Playa del Carmen in general as it is just a tourist party town with no character or traditional atmosphere. Hotel conveniently located to get to the horrible tourist restaurants, bars and cheap souvenir shops nearby. Bed comfortable enough. Room dark but spacious. They try ... like forming animals out of towels to make the place special. They do have a small coffee maker and coffee in the room.     Nice enough but it's right on the main strip so only go for the night life.

    Rooms were clean and large, staff friendly and helpful. But this hotel is on the main strip at Playa De Carmen, the noise stops around 3am and starts again at 6am. Not the fault of the hotel but if you're not there for the nightlife, stay elsewhere. It has no other particular features to recommend it.
