    Staying at Hotel Bardo was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I cannot say enough great things about my stay. Not only is the hotel extremely beautiful and detailed, the service is top notch. 24 hour communication with the staff, they are on top of everything! You can’t help but feel spoiled there, they definitely see the bar high!     A wonderful stay at the Bardo Savannah.

    We had a wonderful experience at hotel Bardo Savannah. The staff were very helpful especially Caleb the. Bellboy and Melissa at the front desk. She made our stay very comfortable. She went above and beyond. Rick at the front desk was very helpful as well. He made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful a d very clean. I would stay there all over again.     My experience at Bardo will always be one that I’ll always remember. The staff was warm, accommodating, very professional and helpful in every way from start to finish. The room and entire hotel was very welcoming, super clean and smelled amazing. Every single person on their team was attentive, patient and of great service. The decor and all details were all calming and sexy- this is the perfect place to go on a solo trip and romantic enough for a couples vacay. I got TWO massages and a facial. The Ritual massage created by Bardo truly reset me in a way no other massage ever has. (Worth every single peso!) I can’t imagine there being a better place in Tulum to recharge.
