    Nothing like photos don’t be fooled!

    We have been staying at this property for years but Covid must have done this place in. It has been 6 yrs since we have been here and it is NOT the same. No customer service, security is usually almost asleep or watching his phone, we took off our bands so the locals stopped telling us they were are waiters (so you trust them) security never looks at you even. The restaurant on the bottom floor is gone! They use it for storing luggage now? We could only get one room key from the new guy until I went back the next day to the check-in guy with a brain. #4 room kitchen area is soooo mildew smelling. Towels are from another hotel? They are supposed to be white but gray would be the color now and crusty hard. And no wash cloths. The tons of layout chairs in photos are none existent. The large beds to sun on are ripped to shreds. No cushions on the backs of cheap furniture. One sweet lady brought her throw pillows for the pool. No bartenders and no one waits on you by the pool anymore. They boom the music but we were normally the only ones in the pool. The hot tub has a ladder now to get in not stairs???? The manager was serving people in the hot tub but totally ignoring us. We are assuming a manager because of the white shirt and he went behind the bar. Never were we greeted by anyone beside the sweet continental server. It’s an very poor breakfast. Go off property it’s old cereal they just keep bringing out, milk is not in ice just saranwraped on counter with bread and sometimes croissants. You can have three types of eggs with this poor breakfast. The fruit was like day old black bananas etc. The shower head and air conditioner both have huge holes around them like they over cut the wall and just left it open?!??We left the hotel early and booked another. And they did give us a small prorated credit back. Super sad we used to stay here twice a year for many years. They need a full remodel.

    There's hot water to shower. The place is decent and close to everything. Nice pool too. Staff is friendly and attentive. Recommend this place and would stay here again. Pool beds are nice and rooms are clean. Towels are good too and AC works.     Disappointing Stay – Not as AdvertisedI booked this hotel expecting an adults-only experience as advertised, but that was not the case. Don’t get me wrong—kids are great if that’s the type of holiday you plan, but this was misleading.The amenities were also disappointing—towels were very worn, and they required a 200-peso deposit just to use pool towels or a blow dryer. The happy hour sign advertised 4 PM to 7 PM, but in reality, it ended at 6 PM, and drinks were served in cheap plastic tumblers.When I requested an extra blanket, it had holes and rips in it. Check-in was a disaster—I was told 3 PM but wasn’t able to check in until after 5 PM.     - No towels offered at the front desk or pool area- Internet was "down" at the pool bar so we were unable to grab drinks or coffee- No service at said pool bar- No hammack in the balcony room or pool bar as advertised- 6-7 chaise lounge chairs in the pool area so we had nowhere to sit- Towels were a disgusting shade of gray, so used and gross. Had to buy towels off-site in a market- Shower boiled hot for 1 min then turned cold- Showered smelled of salt- No room service, had to beg the cleaning woman to give us one more towel and clean the bed sheets on the third day of our stay- Music BLARED from the pool bar every single night until 5am, so we could not sleep during our stay- We would have liked to leave early, book another hotel, etc. but it was too hard to arrange on short notice.
