    pros manager super helpful and available with plenty of the city recommendations + transportations cute apartments with amazing decoration cons lack of cleaning (dirty room and same towel (one for each person) for 6 days! no fridge for keeping the water bottle cold in one of the rooms with temperatures reaching 30 degree leaking from the roof inside the room when it was raining breakfast only coffee, jam, butter and bread!!! ah! and one apple :( noisy during night! no strong WiFi in the upstairs rooms 20 minutes driving from the popular beachshower was not strong enough

    !! Avoid SCAM !!In Booking they have picture of the breakfast INCLUDquiet amazing picture...When we arrived no breakfast only 2 slices of bread they call it "continental breakfast ".•..And the noice you can't sleep!!Only good point Guilermo !For the same price you have better option with True breakfast!!

    Great Boutique Hotel with Wonderful Service

    Very cute hotel! Felt like a little oasis surrounded by beautiful greenery. Location was perfect, only a few blocks from the ADO bus station and near many shops and restaurants. The room was well equipped with a comfy bed, space to store luggage, a little tabe with chairs, small kitchenette, smart TV, hot water, A/C and filtered water available for free. The manager Guillermo was so kind and very helpful. He took the time to help me look into the bus and train schedules and stored a few of my things while I visited another city for a few nights before returning to spend my final night in Tulum. I also enjoyed the café connected to the hotel. The coffee and breakfast were both delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others :)

    Fabulous stay at Maison Tulum

    Wonderful eco friendly boutique hotel. Well situated near the town and short taxi ride to the wonderful beaches. You step into a magical kingdom when you arrive at Maison Tulum. It’s like a little oasis of lush green plants and trees and wonderful Mexican colours. There is a great coffee bar and restaurant serving delicious fresh food. Guillermo the live in manager is really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you Guillermo 👍😃

    Beautiful hotel!!! This hotel is soo beautiful. The owner takes so much time to keep it looking amazing. The owner would greet us and always check in which was really nice when we came in. The rooms are just simple and classic. Honestly one of the prettiest places I’ve ever seen. It’s like a jungle with all the hidden gems everywhere. The roof is really nice and always has a great breeze. I would recommend this to friends and family in a heart beat. There is a cafe/restaurant attached below the hotel which has amazing owner/staff and the food is insanely good! Good coffee and good food! Honestly so happy we didn’t book a resort style place. This was so much better!
