The stench of sewage

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid Travel tour. Room was a decent size and clean and the breakfast was tasty but that is the extent of the positive feedback. The shower and sink drains stank of raw sewage. I called for assistance and two guys placed wet towels over the drains as a physical barrier…. Which was weird. They offered to move us to a room on level 2 at 10pm but the hotel has no lift and there was a spiral staircase to climb. A large family was sat by the pool right outside and talked late into the night. The bathroom was old and tired. The hotel itself was a 20 min to the main strip with restaurants although there are a few eateries closer.

Very nice experience, I liked the place and the food was really good and tasty. The service was also very nice, the waiter made us feel at ease. Perfect balance between food, quality and prices. I recommend this place.

Delish food and nice ambiance!

We ate at the restaurant Suspiro and it was delicious and authentic! I've eaten in several places on my vacation and all so far have not been that great. This place had a beautiful gallery and great ambiance! Highly recommend...did I say the food was delish, cleaned my plate!!! Lol They also have a hotel attached Mestizo!
