    Overcharged and plumbing problems.

    So on the one hand, front desk staff seemed very nice and helpful. However, toilet would not flush, next toilet had problems. Then I was charged for a towel being dirtier than it should be. That's why towels go straight into the laundry. I am not made of money and did not budget for an extra charge. That was disappointing.

    Close to all the action, no need for car, safe neighborhood , Walmart and mega store 10-15 minute walk , 1/2 block to beach, kitchen available however multiple restaurants with various prices for all , close to bus stops. Really in the middle of Playa de Carmen action

    The hotel is simple, clean and nice. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is minimal but The problem is the noise coming from the 4 disco pub just near the corner. Impossible to sleep till 3am for the loud music

    The bass of the 80s hits from the adjacent night club (by adjacent I mean it's litterally on the other side of my bedroom wall) and the sound of drunk douchebies yelling into the night will keep you up late. If you had a hard day and expect a good night's sleep, you won't find it here. It's unfortunate, the property and room are indeed beautiful.

    Super beautiful Chic Jungle Hotel in the heart of Playa del Carmen just one Street of the 5th Avenue and by the ocean almost where is everything. Best room by the pool with the sound of water like a Waterfall nice to sleep.Very clean +Natural products for shower giftet.Stuff is very friendly and helpful.Alex was my favourite person who welcome you and always with a big smile they recommend you everything you need.I stayed by myself for longer term and I never was alone lovely people from all around the world you can meet there.I recommend it also if you come with friends you will have a great time or with your couple. Bars, Nightlife and Restaurants are just on the corner.They really made me feel like home I will come back anytime it was such a plesent stay.I Love Noraa Hotel.
