    There's nothing to like about this absolute disgrace of a hotel! If you're thinking of staying here, don't! I don't even know where to begin with how bad an experience this hotel is! Room was dirty and mouldy and stank! Don't be fooled by the photos, the reality is much much different!First there was no water at all, then far too much, as water literally poured from a room on 4th floor..flooding corridor on every floor below... this disabled and broke the electronic keypad entry, so I can't tell you how room would be for sleeping! My wife and I were locked out of room all night, as staff onsite firstly denied they were staff and then just said it wasn't there problem! Only other contact is WhatsApp number but you may as well bang head on wall because they either don't respond or just treat you abysmally...Situation was finally ended over 12 hours later when hotel finally paid local locksmith to break in.. since they have accused us of breaking door(even though they know my wife filmed them breaking door themselves) assaulting staff and leaving drugs in room...this is beyond a joke from these ignorant scamming scum! They refuse any sort of refund and now claim we left drugs in our room, that we're racist, xenophobic and commited gender violence, when in fact i was assaulted by a member of their staff!!... police were called by us on 2 occasions and all staff disappear like rats on their arrival, presumably they're employing illegal workers... this was the worst experience I've had in over 40 years of travel...do not allow these lying people to ruin your stay in Tulum..they take pride in doing this to people! No doubt there will be a ridiculous response to this from their joke 'staff' DO NOT BE FOOLED, YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!!See photos below tbat show their peepholes into every bathroom- they're disgraceful horrible people!!!Also included photos of the "private jacuzzi" which was filthy and had a small amount of rank water!!!Deluxe King Suite2 nights · December 2024

    Scare place, no staff!

    No one was at the hotel when we arrived. They text me a code to get in to the hotel and another code for the room. The hotel is dark and no one around. The area is horrible and it’s directly in front of a strip club. The hotel looks nothing like pictures.

    The hotel is nice but the location is terribles. The rooms were not clean and the small pool in the room was filthy, cigarette butts and string cheese wrappers on the floor and in the tub. It’s across the street from a strip club and a brothel (not kidding or exaggerating). The strip club sound system was obnoxiously loud. There are 2 other seedy bars next to the hotel. It felt very unsafe and a bit scary. They also had no secure parking lot. Cheap but not worth it.

    Badest experience in Tulum. Bad costumer service. Main attraction - the rooftop pool was not accessible, no information in advance. When we asked for a partial refund the host lied and was very uncooperative.If you have another option: DON‘T BOOK NUÉE.Trust this and the other disappointed reviews.And yes - the music of the men clubs around let the walls shake.

    Do not stay here, next to three prostitute bars. Extremely noisy at night in your room due to adjacent bar. No hot water or many other amenities as stated on website. No refund given when requested. Hotel is effectively a scam to take your money. Do not stay here. Administración Hotel, Administración de ingresos at Nuee Tulum, responded to this review Hola Shannon, lamentamos mucho el inconveniente con tu estancia, No fallamos en nuestros servicios que ofrecemos, es por eso que no se te reembolsó cuando tu tomaste la decision de salir, El agua caliente solo demora unos minutos en salir, y los bares de al lado es algo que queda completamente fuera de nuestro control, es algo ajeno al hotel. Muchos otros huéspedes no han tenido problemas.
