There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and Ayurveda treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Palmaia is plant-based resort perfection. Perfectly curated and designed with the guest in mind. The food is 10 stars! The customer service is 10 stars! The staff is incredible. Many of whom have worked there for many years, which says a lot about how they are treated. Everyone is genuinely happy and it shows. The amenities and classes are a wonderful addition to an already amazing resort. The rooms are gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable. The AC is cold. The room service was excellent. The spa was too pricey for us to enjoy, but that would be my only complaint.     Incredible experience. The resort is beautiful and incorporated into nature unlike any other. Oscar provided a tour of the grounds upon arrival and along with Kasandra was available throughout the week to help and inspire. The food was nourishing and delicious. And the yoga, breathing and other activities are beautiful and healing food for the soul. Deep stretch with Angel was amazing.     I spent weeks researching Palmaïa and was prepared to book a seven-night stay. What ultimately stopped me was not the property itself, but the communication, inconsistency, and lack of accountability I encountered throughout the process.I am not a traveler who books impulsively. I do extensive due diligence before spending thousands of dollars on a trip, particularly when the resort markets itself as a wellness-focused, highly personalized experience.Throughout my inquiry, I repeatedly asked detailed questions regarding the wellness programming, food philosophy, Nomadic Guide program, accommodations, customization options, and overall guest experience.Rather than receiving clear answers, I encountered a recurring pattern of:• Being directed to phone calls instead of receiving information that could have easily been provided in writing• Calls being scheduled where the appropriate person was not actually present• Questions being routed through individuals who were unable to answer them• Repeated promises of follow-up that either did not occur or required additional outreach from me• Inconsistent information depending on who I was speaking withOne example involved the Nomadic Guide program. A call was arranged so I could learn more about it. When the call occurred, the Nomadic Guide was not present. Instead, I spoke with a wellness representative who was unable to answer many of my questions and stated he would connect me with the appropriate person. Later that same day, I was informed that information regarding the Nomadic Guide program would not be provided unless I first had a reservation in place.This was not an isolated occurrence. It was part of a broader pattern that left me feeling that assumptions were being made, conclusions were being reached before there was a full understanding of my questions, and that clarity was often replaced with redirection.The most concerning aspect was that after investing significant time trying to obtain information and move toward a reservation, I was ultimately informed that I would not be permitted to book the property.To this day, I have not received a clear explanation supported by facts that justifies that outcome.The irony is that the more I researched Palmaïa, the more I wanted to stay there. The property itself appears beautiful. The wellness programming is unique. The concept is compelling.What failed in my experience was not the marketing. It was the execution of communication, the handling of legitimate guest inquiries, and the willingness to take accountability when things went off track.For a resort that promotes personalization, conscious hospitality, and meaningful human connection, I expected a far higher standard of communication and professionalism.
