Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Rooms

    Staff here have been amazing, they are so friendly and will ensure your stay here in Mexico is comfortable as possible. The food is good and the hostess, waiters and bar tenders have great personalities. Karen, the hostess from the buffet Yucatán, Miguel, the waiter and David, bar-tender all deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work. Well done guys.

    Where do I start ?The staff is absolutely amazing .Big shout out to Javier the bell man . What a gem of a human he is . Also all the bellman . Always made sure if I was walking to my room late they would drive me to make sure I was safe Can’t thank them enough.. always a hello and made sure my son and I felt at ease .Entertainment team .. Luna and Chris Mr Hollywood and the 5 of them were the best . I have travelled to many all-inclusive resorts, many different islands and this by far was the best entertainment team I have ever seen. They ran games with without any issues always on time always got people involved. They need to be recognized for their hard work and their commitment to guess to have a good time. The owners of platinum should be very proud of the entertainment team by far. The best I have ever seen at an all-inclusive resort hats off to them my son who is 22 had a blast every single day. They all deserve a raise and recognition for a job well done. They never ran out of food. I never had an issue with cold food.Pool bar the people that work at the pool bar were amazing and we always had our drinks The rooms were beautiful. We had a deluxe junior suite deluxe at the building closest to the pool room 2128 and it was clean. The rooms were always cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast.I would definitely recommend this resort. We had nothing but positive to say we had no hiccoughs whatsoever as usual you do when you are on vacation, but we had not one issue at all.The beach we couldn’t use because of the problems with seaweed they were working at cleaning it up, but it was lost cause it was coming in as fast as they were trying to clean it up. Mother nature was to blame for that.I would definitely return to this resort as the staff their work above and beyond there was absolutely no complaints. We went a couple of times to the sunset for their sports bar, which was good and their nightclub, but that resort didn’t have the same vibe as the platinum. If you wanna put a great experience come to this resort everyone is amazing there. I cannot wait to return one day.

    Our experience was awesome, the morning staff including Karen Alberto Rosemberg and Gerameel were great.Someone that really made this experience extra special was Salatiel. He was our waiter in the evenings and always made us feel welcomed.     Very disappointing experience at Platinum Yucatán Princess. During my stay, at least $500 USD was stolen from my purse after housekeeping entered my room. I immediately reported it and fully cooperated with the resort's investigation, but the staff showed little concern and provided no meaningful assistance or resolution. I also contacted the hotel chain's corporate office after my stay and never received a response. The lack of accountability, communication, and concern for guest safety was extremely frustrating. I felt dismissed and unsupported throughout the entire process. I would not stay here again.

    We stayed at Platinum Yucatán Princess for 5 days and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the amenities throughout the resort were excellent.One thing we really appreciated was the variety of food options available each day. There was always something different to try and the 24/7 room service was a huge bonus. We requested housekeeping to make up our room once during our stay and they did such an outstanding job that it felt like the room had never even been touched before we arrived.There were plenty of activities by the pool every day along with nightly entertainment so there was always something fun to do. We also treated ourselves to a couples spa experience which was incredibly relaxing and well worth it.A special thank you to Elizabeth for making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. If you're lucky enough to have her assist you, you'll be off to the best possible start to your vacation. The bellboys were also extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We'd also like to recognize the servers at the Yucatán Buffet breakfast who consistently provided excellent service every time we come to eat.The resort felt very safe with great security throughout the property which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Platinum Yucatán Princess and would not hesitate to return. We hope to come back again in the future!
