Rooms

    On arriving booking off 20 all the names where booked with wrong partners - after 12hr flight meaning arriving Manchester airport and arriving Cancun - we was messed about for a hour before getting right partners for each room- on the wedding day was booked into Mexican restaurant- hr before was told could not enter Mexican and just use every day buffet restaurant no private area - horrendous help from hotel manger and wedding organisers- if you order food from room be prepared to wait 1.5 hrs - this hotel and tui don’t seem to be interested after getting your money - never listened to any of the points we put forward - - but this issue is not over only just begun -

    The staff at this resort are top notch people. Lois the waiter at the splash park pool was SO good. He was always making sure we had drinks. We had a swim out room and he came there to offer us drinks non stop. ❤️Carlos a waiter at the Hunter Steakhouse was just a great genuine guy who went above and beyond to make our meal there feel special. He was so personable and really cares about the guests and his job. He needs a promotion for sure ! ❤️Juan who was the concierge for our building also made the stay special by really treating us like valued guests. He did a lot of extras to help make our stay enjoyable. ❤️ The coffee shop morning staff were also amazing ! This was one of our best vacations to date. The resort was always clean and if something wasn’t working they were prompt to fix whatever it was.
