    Amazing Resort for Couples.

    Our trip was amazing! We stayed for 8 days and had a blast. The food was great ( especially the breakfast buffet ), pools were clean and fun, and the drinks and servers were amazing. Some people that made our stay special were Anthony on the entertainment team, Annie our concierge, Omar a bartender, and Basilio another bartender. They made us feel welcome and helped us have a fantastic time.

    We had an incredible experience at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.The resort was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff truly made the difference—everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Belem from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay, and to Mario at the bar for his excellent service and great attitude. Marcos, Sebastian, and the rest of the team were also very kind and welcoming.The food and beverage experience was excellent across all restaurants. We especially enjoyed Seaside Grill, which offered delicious grilled dishes and seafood in a beautiful oceanfront setting with great service. Market Café had a wide variety of fresh options for breakfast and lunch, always well stocked and clean. We also enjoyed in-room dining breakfast, which was convenient, fresh, and consistently delivered on time.The spa experience was very relaxing and professional—perfect for unwinding and adding a touch of luxury to our stay.Overall, everything from service to food, drinks, and amenities was outstanding. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable vacation.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

    Excellent! Here for two weeks and impossible to find fault. The key is the staff- so friendly, helpful and normal! You can have a great chat, fun and laugh and still receive 5* service.Food and drink options excellent and well varied for the two weeks.     We lWe truly enjoyed our stay at the resort; it was an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend it for couples. Awake early to secure a lounge chair at the peaceful pool. Although the beach was overwhelmed with sargassum, the hardworking staff did their best to clean it up, and we still managed to enjoy our time there.
