    Whorrst experience in my life no water in one day and when get water again it's cold the manager know of the problem and never change our room not reserve in the web site show swimming pool and its false fridge old lots of bugs stay away of this f@****g experience in my life I'm with my family

    Horrible experience. We booked 3 nights via booking for 166€ in a deluxe room. Which was expensive but the pictures looked very nice. Than the hotel disappeared from booking.com but I had email contact regarding our arrival time and questioning the pool existinse because of the different reviews. All was good.. Until we arrived around 18.30. Than we were shown the room by a friendly receptionist. We also had to wear a bracelet to show we belong to the hotel. Breakfast is also next door as explained. But the room had nothing absolut nothing to do with the pictures shown on booking. It was run down, dirty, filthy just horrible. The bathroom disgusting. I'll attach photos. We asked for a refund immediately or wanted the room from the photos. First there were no other rooms and after a phone call I was shown a different typ or room more like the pictures. But nothing like it. No private balcony etc. No decoration. The receptionist tried reaching the boos and booking. I couldnot cancel the booking free of charge. He tried but couldn't find a solution. In the end we let him sign a paper that we will get a refund and left around 8pm to look for a new hotel. After 24 hours of traveling and enough time for them to inform us about the room type. In the end the photos belong to the studio they own. Not to the rooms we booked so they need a better job im selling it correctly.We are happy in our 700 Mexican room now which is bigger, quiter and most important cleaner. Be aware of this place, don't pay in advance and go there and let them show you the rooms for whatever crazy rate they dream of. In the end we got our full money back from booking which we are happy about but it was a not so nice experience to start the travels.     Amazing experience, great price for quality service and location. The free breakfast at their restaurant was excellent. Shout out to those red chilaquiles!! Would definitely recommend staying at Siesta Fiesta and would stay here again without a doubt Bawa Hotels and Leisure, Ventas at Siesta Fiesta Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for staying with us!     The room we got was not the one that we booked via an online booking page. This room we got was very old, dirty and smelly also. There were cracks on the wall and the painting was weathering in the bathroom and bedroom also. The beds were not comfy at all and the whole hotel needs a renovation inside, outside. Probably they have good rooms, because based on pictures on the other booking site, we did not see this coming. We had to check-out after 1 night, because they could not give us any other free rooms.     Safe, beautiful, comfortable. Great connected restaurant called “Fah”. Room was simple. Loved the live music, probably best on fifth ave. Staff was very accommodating. Loved the treehouse ambiance. Good bang for the buck.
