Location

This hotel enjoys a strategic location in Playa del Carmen on the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Guests can experience first-hand the charming restaurants, shops, bars, nightspots and attractions of central Playa del Carmen, just 10 minutes away. Further attractions in the surrounding area include Xcaret (10 minutes’ drive), Xplor (15 minutes), Cozumel (35 minutes) and Tulum (35 minutes). The hotel lies just 35 minutes south of Cancún International Airport.

Facility

360 rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 7 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, full board and all-inclusive. Breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet and à la carte. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
