    We had a great stay overall ... we were surprised at check in by the news that the pool was under renovations and that kinda ruined our day and our plans. we were so disappointed that we even thought about leaving HOWEVER we went down stairs and was greeted by Ricardo (lobby bartender) and turned it all around for us. Drinks were amazing and our whole perspective changed and we decided to give it a chance and we're glad we did. Food was amazing, we had Abel a great waiter that greeted us every morning even if he wasn't our server. everyone was so nice and so helpful we also had the pleasure of chatting with Doniciano an excellent waiter and the bartender Santiago. overall our stay went great and we will definitely be back to check out the pool next time.     Amazing Stay

    Stayed here for a second time for my birthday trip. The room with the the tub is amazing and you can get the hydrotherapy experience right in your room! The spa is another story. Each service comes with an hour in the hydrotherapy and sauna room. The massage therapists ask your preferences and make your relaxtion their number one priority. Ask for ms Fabiola! Freddy is a fantastic server at The Reef 28 rooftop restaurant and bar! We loved coming here for the French fries, wings, burgers and Miami Vices. They brought out a cake and sparklers for my birthday and sparkling wine. They know how to party. The food is good at every restaurant and you have plenty to try each time! You will leave stuffed! Definitely get the all inclusive package! It is worth it! The resort staff are all so friendly and welcoming!
