    We are a gay couple who stayed at Una Vida for 12 days and felt very safe and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the quiet, calm retreat atmosphere — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and always responded promptly whenever we needed assistance, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Una Vida to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

    Zen jungle paradise

    For those seeking serenity, excellent food and service, escaping from New York snow storm, and recovering from the superflu, Una Vida will tick all the boxes! My Maltese terrier and I stayed in a one bedroom suite from 12/23-12/28 and didn’t have to leave the premises much with our rental car. The valet staff made sure that we did not have to lift a finger once I arrived at the hotel; they even wiped the luggage to make sure they didn’t stay wet from the rain. Maura also helped with the booking of an excellent vet for the screwworm test. I have frequently the top resorts in the Maldives before getting the dog and Una Vida came really close to those experience. Too bad that the airlines will no longer fly directly from Newark so getting to the paradise will take a little bit more time!     A beautiful hotel outside Tulum madness

    We had a lovely two nights stay at Una Vida. We were two adults and one 3yo kid. The whole place is beautiful with a very Balinesque vibe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Maria Guadalupe and Jordi were superb and so was Abraham at reception.We had breakfast included and it was delicious, we also had dinner one night (room service) from the big brother hotel next door and it was great too.The pool water was a bit cold as it’s always covered with the trees but we didn’t mind.Our bathroom had an outdoors shower and bath and a plunge pool at the back of our room.For Tulum prices we thought it was a great option but keep in mind you will need a car or take expensive taxis as the hotel isn’t in the centre of town, it’s actually quite hidden away.Overall a great experience.
