    Unico Honeymoon Trip

    We came for our honeymoon and the resort was very peaceful and relaxing. The design and decor in each area of the resort was very upscale feeling. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and treated us like family. Our local host was Isaías, and he did a great job with checking in each day and making our trip special. He went out of his way to get to make our honeymoon special with wine, roses, and a romantic breakfast in bed. He also helped assist us with making a last minute dinner reservation. The trip was great and we are likely to return to Unico in the future.

    We were so impressed with Unico—the atmosphere, food, and staff were incredible, especially Eduardo LH. We especially loved the in resort restaurants—both Avec and Cueva Siete were delicious. We are already planning our return!

    This was our first trip to Mexico and our first all-inclusive resort experience, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The resort is located about an hour from Cancun International Airport, and it was very easy to find our transportation to and from the hotel.The atmosphere was incredible, the food was outstanding, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and informative, making us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to our local host, Zuleima, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She answered all of our questions, helped arrange dinner reservations and excursions, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. Her attention to detail and exceptional service made our experience even more enjoyable.The cleanliness throughout the resort was exceptional. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the entire property was extremely well maintained and professionally managed. We stayed in an ocean-view room with two queen beds, which provided plenty of space and was both comfortable and beautiful.For anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale vacation, Unico Riviera Maya delivers an amazing experience. The quality of the resort, service, accommodations, and overall atmosphere made it absolutely worth the money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Mexico. We can’t wait to come back!
