  Got the job done, but it was very remote

  I was here getting some paperwork in order, and having previously experienced Xtended Suites and not being familiar with Saltillo, I chose this place.No issues here with check in, nor with the room. The best part is that the refrigerator is full sized and I made the most of it after making a grocery run. The WiFi was also excellent and I got quite a bit of work done. I even dipped my toes in the hotel pool.The issue I had with the property is it's relative remoteness. Saltillo is not the easiest city to get around without a car and I had to Uber and Taxi it for the one thing I needed to do in Centro. Even with a car, going out for a bite is a haul as the nearby mall is complicated to get to even though it is approximately 250 m away as the crow files. The closest restaurant is a seafood restaurant in the building next door. The closest coffee is a 7 Eleven nearby.Once I got what needed to be done in Saltillo done, I did a spot of laundry and as it was the first time in a while for hotel guest laundries, all the clothes came out dry.Would I stay here again? Yes, but I would budget for taxis or a rental car.   Very disappointed

  Very disappointed, I have been many times in this hotel in California and I know that they are not 5 stars but the ones in saltillo is sot disappointed , they turn off the elevator at midnight, I asked for an extra key and they charge me for it, there were no cutlery or glasses, just amazing Jose Vázquez, Atención al cliente/recepción at Extended Suites Saltillo Galerias, responded to this review Dear, We greatly appreciate your comments, which allow us to continue improving your experience during your stay and identify areas for improvement.   I Will not post pictures as the ones available online are recent and accurate. I plan to come back to Saltillo, but not at this Extended Stays Hotel.It has the bare necessities in the room, and then less than expected. Did not make my due diligence, and only read it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove.Nice things to have right, but not a single glass or spoon or anything remotely connected to a kitchen. They have some for rent if You want them. The fridge was large but loud, may need some maintenance.Had to wait for towels to get cleaned, as the room had none when I checked in. No security box, but none is advertised.Nice ac, but forget about a blanket, the room had none. Since they charge for everything I did not bother to ask for one, so went back to My car to get some I had brought from Home for this tríp. They think a simple bed sheet will be enough, but that is wrong and feels cheap.Parking was nice.Low shower pressure, I was not expecting that.Be careful with the bed rest. My wife and I are apparently clumsy and both hit ourselves more than once in that thing. She even got a nasty scratch from the second time she run into it. But that is our fault.They Will only clean once a week for extended Stays, or anytime You need them to, for a fee.Having no blankets, no glasses or spoons was a low point for me. Why have anything that looks like a full kitchen, then have nothing to use it with...unless You pay more for it. Just plain cheap. Get rid of the kitchen instead so we know what to expect. Oh, and only one chair next to the desk, which You have to use if You eat in the room. Had to take turns to have a quick meal before going out.Just a poor experience.

  Horrible experience!!

  Planned on staying at Extended Stay in Alpharetta GA. 1st of all no place to park, only 1 entrance and 0 luggage cart. Went to front desk, place smelled horrible and was told it would be $27.50 extra per night for my dog. $970 for one week! Decided I would at least, take a look at my room and it wasn't clean, nasty and smelly. I canceled my reservation. The only good thing was the receptionist was very nice and refunded my money right away.

  Very friendly and helpful never had a problem always there when you need them. Always give you everything you ask for your room and if something wrong they will fix it.
