  Great, but remote for my needs

  I have stayed here a few times in order to take care of Tijuana odds and ends that keep me coming back.The room itself was good. The layout was nice and the wifi worked very well. What is especially nice is the refrigerator is full size as is the microwave One thing to note is that there is an events venue nearby and you may hear some of the noise from whatever celebration is going on bleed into the building depending on how close you are to it.If you have l lot of activity in Centro or Zona Rio, this may not work for you as it is remote from either of those, That said, as far as places to eat, there are a lot of great places nearby. For everything else (including snacks and beverages,) Macroplaza (complete with a Walmart) has everything you need.The staff was great and especially friendly.Will I stay again? Yes.   Very dirty and bad customer service

  Pros: our room was big and modern.Cons: very dirty blankets, pillows, walls, restroom and basically entire room. Blankets were extremely thin.The window shade fell right of. CustomerService was terrible.Parking was terrible.I would defenitely not recommend this place.   Im going to use this place again for sure. Easy access. Good restaurants nearby. Everything worked. the place was very clean. I slept very well on the beds. Blue Luna next door was very convenient and was better than our Starbucks at home.   Extended Suites vs Air BnB

  For the quality, personnel and accommodations, Extended Suites was excellent choice. We placed our stay with Air BnB. Once upon arrival at Air BnB location, it was not shown online. We found Extended Suites online. Extended Suites was everything shown online. After checking in to Extended Suites, we received the best and wonderful part. The staff at Extended Suites was the bright spot. This includes all team members. The Sercurity guards, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel to desk attendants. Everyone went above and beyond.
