Location

This renowned hotel with a lot of frequent guests is located centrally, yet quiet, directly on a miles-long, fine sand beach. Shopping and entertainment possibilities are located in close proximity.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 412 rooms located in a 3-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     We get a Poor service. We got a couples of rooms with Not hot water for the whole day. For the price is not a good option, better to look an other place on the area.I have asked for a glass of water and they charge 1 dollar for it, first time ever!The people os not very friendship

    The outside looks shabby but once inside I was pleasantly surprised Room was nice clean and quiet Bar and restaurant area was clean and staff very welcoming Breakfast was very good I will stop hear next visiting this area

    Road side hotel with very odd customer service.

    I stayed at this hotel last October and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Firstly, the hotel is located at the side of the motorway, which is fine if you drive, but not if you are dependent on public transport and walking. In order to walk to the nearest town, you have to cross the motorway and then walk along a dirt track. Then, the weird customer service. There was one girl who was nice, but then there was this older guy who was just grumpy. Firstly, there is a lovely pool, but even though it was 30 degrees in October, I was told that the pool was closed. This guy told me that they'd put chemicals in it and I couldn't go in it or I'd burn my skin and that it was now closed for the winter and that no one goes swimming in October. The nice girl told me that it was being cleaned and would be opened in a few days, so I was confused. In the end, on my final day, a big group arrived and it was confirmed that the pool was open. For most of the week, I was the only guest. There was one sun lounger outside, so I went to lie out on it on my first day, the next day, it had been taken away. The internet didn't work in my room (this wasn't fixed the whole time I was there), so I went downstairs and sat on a sofa in the lobby to skype my mum, the next day, they had taken the sofa away!! As I couldn't easily escape, only by a 10 euro taxi ride to the nearest town, which was only actually a 2 minute drive away, but along the motorway, I had to eat in the hotel, which was very average in terms of food. I also had to be served by the same grumpy guy. I felt really uncomfortable.

    Missing healthier food

    Had the Menu del Dia. No fish, no vegetable food, very heavy food both starters and mainfood. Escalope did not taste anything. No vegetables served on the side, just the dry meat and fries. Fresh pineapple as desert with was nice. The bread they served was also very good. We did not get any olives as starter as did the local guests, perhaps they forgot or thought we don't like olives (which we do).

    Pool empty. Access to other facilities restricted because of big Spanish party. Guests treated as second best.

    We chose this because it was close to Cordoba and had a big pool (see their pic). Sadly, when we arrived the pool was empty, and there was a big Spanish communion party in full swing, which took up the entire attention of the staff. We felt like second-class citizens rather than guests, especially as the party meant that we could not even sit in the shady garden by the cordoned-off pool. When you could find them, staff were friendly enough. Room was fine, but nothing special. Not recommended.
