Facility

16 junior suites, 2 suites, 90 apartments, 3 studios, 57 single rooms and 200 double rooms are available to guests in a 10-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Absolutely horrific just arrived this morning at the hotel and the rooms are not what they was from pictures! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as I have even asked reception to change my room as it’s got a bad smell and they are asking for money ! No help at all ! Ruined my holiday already

    DON’T let the negative reviews put you off.I’m currently still at the hotel with my two friends and just wanted to share our experience.Before arriving, we were checking the reviews daily and honestly dreading coming. We even had a backup Airbnb ready because of how bad some of them sounded. We weren’t expecting the Ritz — we paid £300 for a 4-day holiday including flights, so we knew it would be fairly average. But the reviews made it sound like the hotel from hell… and that just hasn’t been our experience at all.The staff have been incredibly pleasant and helpful — they really can’t do enough for you. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but that’s reflected in the price. We stayed on the 5th floor in room 519 and it was absolutely fine — three single beds, TV, bathroom — clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.It also looks like they’re in the middle of renovating parts of the hotel, as some floors were closed off and work is being done, which is a good sign.If I had to pick something, the sun loungers could do with a bit of an upgrade — they’re a bit worn. But aside from that, no major issues at all.For context, we’re three young women who are used to luxury family holidays, but we wanted a quick, cheap getaway with our friends — and for that, this has been perfect.Just manage your expectations, and you’ll have a great time.
