Location

The aparthotel is situated in the seaside sector of Agadir only 500 m from the beach, 15 minutes' walk from the city centre and around 1.5 km from the bus station. It is 25 minutes' drive from Agadir-Al Massira Airport.

Guests have a choice of 58 apartments located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     Right from the start ,a seat to be able to register and a very knowledgeable young man to help us.The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious.The bathroom needs updating but works well.The main thing about this hotel in my opinion,is the staff.They are the jewel in the crown.Morning or night they were always the same,helpful and cheery!The only real gripe I had was the soup!There were delicious ones there,if you didn't mind using a micro to heat them!Plenty of fountains to top up your water bottle.Can't wait to go back!Well done one and all.

    ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this place!We booked Appat Hotel Founty through Booking.com, expecting a decent stay. When we arrived at the reception, they insisted on taking payment by card again, saying that Booking.com doesn’t charge directly – which was confusing and felt suspicious.When we got to the room, it was filthy and smelled awful. We asked to check another room, but sadly it was just as bad – dirty, smelly, and completely uninhabitable. We told the staff we couldn’t stay there and asked for a refund so we could find somewhere else, but they refused to give us our money back.Now we’re stuck without a place to stay and out of pocket. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a hotel. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from this property – it’s nothing like what’s advertised and the customer service is non-existent.

    Enjoyable Stay, lovely Hotel & Staff

    My wife and I just spent a very enjoyable 10 night stay. We both really enjoyed the Founty Beach hotel. The staff really made our stay a memorable one, all were very helpful and friendly and a very special thankyou to young waiter Baha who went out of his way to serve us. Great Spar, superb pool area with one of the large pools being heated. The food was extremely good both in the main buffet resteraunt and in the poolside resteraunt and there is a silver service one should you fancy it. Be warned though the room air conditioning is turned off on the 1st November which made the room very hot which in turn made it difficult to sleep, the bathroom could do with a refurb but overall the room was ok with a small fridge. We would both return here and recommend it. Good value for money. Trev (The President!) & Helen

    This was a very dissapointing hotel and i have a list of complaints about this garbage.-cabnets and drawers were broken-the cooking facility they provide you with rarely works, we asked for a replacement and even though it was better it still was weak e.g eggs took 30 minutes to boil-the internet shuts on and off in random bursts, once it shut off in the middle of the day and didnt come back until the next morning (we complained about this and the rude receptionists told us this is normal and if we want we should just leave?? Not even trying to fix the problem)-Room did not seem that thoroughly cleaned and the bed sheets seems to have been a bit dirty??-water shut off atleast 3 times during our stay and wouldnt come back for hours (every night they shut off the water too, seemed to have been on purpose)-this hotel had 5 floors and the lift would stop working-the singlular washing machine was shared between 2 hotels and wasnt even included in the price, you had to pay for it

    Fantastic friendly staff cannot fault our experience great hotel.Food was great and good variation at all the site locations, champagne always flowing and offered via a smiling face.Room was good for a family lovely beach and pool view.Nice walking areas in the hotel plus a great promenade front perfect if you jog walk or like to cycle.Local taxi into town £2 maximum can be £3 depending on your haggling skills.
