    Just back from a 2 week stay, the room was spacious but not very clean, yes cleaners came in most days but had to battle to get towels, as they would take towels but never replaced till teatime most days, towels looked dirty and old, the 2 weeks we where there we never had room floor cleaned it was filthy had to wear shoes constantly, r your feet would be filthy, balcony was the same, sink and toilet smelt of sewers when running/flushing, breakfast was minimal choice, shower leaked water reported several times but gave up and made do as wasnt fixed, bedding wasnt changed for last week we were there i know it wasnt as it had a hole in it, not accessible for anyone with mobility issues as there was a lift down to restaurant and pool but then stairs, there should of been a small wheelchair lift but this was missing, luckily my partner could walk down the stairs slowly we were offered no explanation or help they just locked the door leading from the lift and kept it locked. The hotel is very dated the pool area needs maintenance work.

    This is a great hotel with very large, comfortable rooms. The double bed was huge and provided a great night's sleep. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we ended up booking two quad bike tours through the hotel service desk right by the entrance—highly recommended!The housekeeping staff were polite and friendly, tidying our room three times during our 5-night stay and changing towels every two days. With a beautiful pool and a perfect location, I will 100% be staying here again next time!

    good hotel near the beach, they only do breakfast buffet and food taste good, hotel clean, they do get a bit funny in providing clean towels when you ask them. reception staff can be a bit rude.but overall good would recommend !!

    Helpful Staff - Nice Clean Rooms - Good Location

    Stayed here in March for 3 nights - had a delayed flight so did not check in till 10.30pm first impressions were ok hotel lobby was nice the reception guy I think Rashid a Newcastle fan was helpful and gave me a room on arrival albeit we changed the rom the following day to an executive room which I originally booked and that was lovely only downside was the noise from the nightclub early morning I am a light sleeper so I was awoken each night I stayed there - but the room was nice the breakfast little basic but the omelette the lovely woman made me was delicious along with the Moroccan flatbread they make was lovely and she was very nice. The restaurant manager very helpful nice staff overlooking the pool at breakfast.The bar are as a pool really nice seating areas overall I would recommend this hotel and yes I would stay again Thank you

    We were not allowed to drink water ,juice when dining at the evening. Told we were not allowed access to any drinks full stop . Which I think is strange during evening meal...
