  Just back this morning and don't usually write reviews that's the wife's job She did a review for this hotel and got a response about tourist tax being incorrect If what the response says is correct then the staff checking you in are stealing There was a group of us 8 adults a 5 year old a 4 year old and a 1 year oldEvery person in our group was charged £13 each including the kids The hotel itself is a nice hotel The let down is rude restaurant staff No supply of drinks ie water at lunch and dinner and not allowed to take your own in and are charged 3 x more than there wee shop outside and get rudely told off for the kids drinking from there water bottles They have a toaster at breakfast but no bread just rolls and you have to ask for butter also lunch and dinner still no butter you've got to ask.There isn't enough plates for everyone and your sometimes left with a small saucer for your dinner The food doesn't cater for smaller kids Also if you arrive late and miss dinner they don't provide nothing for you but do state you can have lunch on the day of leaving We took a banana for our 1 year old at lunch and was told off whilst others were taking plates of food and fruit to there rooms. Us being Scottish were treated differently We were getting picked up at 6.15pm The rooms are clean we had a pool view and the entertainment staff were the bestWe had to ask for towels on a few occasions as they took them away but didn't replace them The pool bar staff during the day are nice the evening ones are rude well some of them again not allowed to give kids drinks if not bought in the hotel.Your not allowed to bring your own food in well for us anyways but other foreigners nothing was said to them.My overall impression is they don't want to cater for the British We were charged £50 to keep our room on but no towels were supplied after asking 4 times My wife asked for a feedback form and was told she would get one but didn't.We wouldn't use this hotel again which is sad as it's a good location and a nice hotel just not for us foreigners.

  Hotel is nice enough. Tax even for small children aged 2.. although I checked beforehand and it stated children under 10 were not charged and straight upon arrival. No food available for late check in. Hotel food... Half board breakfast and tea.. if you could find a clean table that's the first hurdle, then to find a plate to eat with and a cup for breakfast time was a nightmare! You don't get any drinks provided with evening meal unless you want to buy from them which is 3X more then the average shop price.. the food is not catered to children at all.. the hotel itself is nice enough white big standard and some rooms slightly dated.. enough shops and amenities around the hotel so not bad although you are scrutinized for bringing anything not from the hotel inside.. even though I had to pay for kids meals out every day.. staff friendly enough all animation team went above to interact with the kids. Overall not a bad stay but please cater to families more if you are a family hotel.. of not make adults only..   Hotel Argana where do I start Tourist tax £13 per person including small toddlers as soon as you arrive No food if your late check in unless you pay for it Room nice and clean and cleaned every day you do however have to go ask for towels everyday as they take them away and dont replace them and its still takes a while for them to put them in the room Food well what can I say its.We were full board, breakfast was OK nothing to write home about you got water, fruit juice tea and coffee , lunch and dinner thats a different story food medioca and absolutely nothing for children especially smaller children Also no drinks at all and if you take your own bottle of water in you get a telling off We took a banana for our toddler and was told no but others were taking plates of food to there rooms Staff in restaurant are rude Entertainment staff were fab kids loved them Oky Dokey and Lewis being the best.If your British your not allowed to bring your own food in but exceptions are made for other foreigners yes I was one told off whilst others were allowed.Whilst we had snacks and drinks for the kids in the evening and bought drinks from spragos bar ( pool) again told off for the kids stuff Staff at the pool bar during the day are nice but evening staff are rude and obnoxious £50 to keep your room on but they dont provide towels even after you ask 4 timesIts a shame really as the hotel is nice but wont get much custom due to these things the people we met say the same Would I come back to this hotel No ben ben, Propriétaire at Hotel Argana, responded to this review Dear client, thank you for your feedback.   Lovely Spa and good hotel

  The hotel argana is very good, sweet staff. I loved the hammam massage, Scrub, relaxing massage, facial massage and pedicure with medicine. Rukaya did wonderful massage job and Madam siham is recommended the right massager for my family we loved out. I strongly recommend everyone to have massage here, where the staffs are very professional, expertise and the staffs are so caring and gentle in dealing with clients. Food is good, events are engaging.
