I am from the United Kingdom. This hotel is not even a two-star hotel, even though they claim it is four stars. The staff is really good and the reception is excellent, but do not book with dinner; breakfast is okay. The air conditioning was not working and the room was very outdated. I will post some pictures as well. The staff is very cooperative, but the rooms are tiny. The toilet has marks in some places and mold stains. If you are from the United Kingdom, do not book this hotel; it has a very bad smell in the morning. I think it is very close to the marina. Please read the reviews before you book and do not think that because it is cheap, it is a good deal; find somewhere else near bay number 18. This hotel is only two stars, in my opinion, because of the staff, and you even have to pay for water.

Disappointing Experience Due to Customer Service

We arrived at our room to find that both the air conditioning and the fridge were not working. We went straight to reception, but instead of helping us, we were asked to go and check another room ourselves. When we got there, the key card didn't work, so we had to return to reception again.After going back and forth several times, we were told someone would come and have a look. A few hours later, a maintenance worker arrived but told us the air conditioning couldn't be fixed. We went back to reception hoping for another solution, but unfortunately the response wasn't very helpful. Even the manager didn't seem particularly welcoming and offered us another fan instead. Given how hot it was, this wasn't really a solution for us.We were also disappointed with the food. There were flies around the serving area, there was no information or labels explaining what the dishes were, and the vegetarian options were very limited. As a vegetarian, it was difficult to know what I could eat. When I explained this to the staff, I didn't feel there was much effort made to help.I've travelled to many countries and have always found hotel staff to be welcoming and eager to help. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience here, which was disappointing and affected the start of our holiday.Thankfully, we were later moved to another hotel, where we had a much more positive experience. I hope the issues we experienced can be addressed, as they could make a big difference for future guests.

Amazing hotel, kind staff, but avoid the restaurant.

Stayed here for a week.The hotel itself is in a great location, with plenty of amenities nearby. The spa was lovely- we booked massages and felt so relaxed afterwards! The pool area is lovely, and the bar is great too, we stayed during the FIFA world cup when morocco had its first match, and there was a room to watch the game in which was brilliant! However, the food at the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We went for breakfast and there wasn’t many options, and nothing was labelled so we did not know what half of it contained- which is very bad if you have allergies. There was also only one serving spoon for all the food, so that mixes the foods together. Went in for a look at dinner and instantly left as the food looked disgusting- again with very minimal options. We paid for breakfast and ended up not having any as it was so bad.Rachid at the hotel was so kind and friendly and organised our excursions for us at a good price, and was constantly checking on us whenever he saw us! All the hotel staff were lovely, can’t fault at all!The room was fairly basic but good when you’re only using it to sleep in as we were busy a lot of the day and only using the room to rest.Overall was a good stay and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Agadir!

I didn't stay in the hotel, but found my way there on the first day of our trip and met Rachid who I cannot compliment enough, really friendly, informative guy who helped us out not only with transport (and lots of questions we had!), we also booked all of the activities we did during our stay through him and all were amazing experiences. if you are in Agadir I would recommend going to see Rachid. The hotel itself looks great and all the other staff were friendly and helpful, we stopped by a few times for food & drink and this was lovely, the hotel is located close to the beach and within a couple of minutes walking distance. Thanks Rachid for making our holiday such a memorable & great experience
