Facility

    It was really a wonderful holiday. The area was clean and beautiful. The beach was near and broad, clean and there have been enough umbrellas and sun beds. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and clean. The food was good. The service was friendly and professional. We had the chance to go to an a la carte restaurant 2 times.

    This was my first all-inclusive experience and it was a good one. On arrival at the hotel, we received a warm welcome with traditional Moroccan mint tea and it continued to be just lovely throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of choice and variety.As we were only there for 4 nights, we didn't get the opportunity to explore much - we wanted make the most of lazing by the pool! - but we enjoyed a walk into town to visit the Agadir Art Museum one day and got a taxi to the Souk El Had on another: both worth a trip. The hotel is right next to the beach which is good for relaxing walks during weekdays, although it can get busy at the weekend.Within the hotel, we ate at the Antares Moroccan restaurant one evening, but although the food was fine, there was no atmosphere so we agreed that we preferred the buffet restaurant for choice, quality and simply having a better vibe. Our only other slightly negative comment would be that the cocktails and wine are okay rather than great - probably standard in an all-inclusive package - but still very much drinkable.Would definitely recommend this hotel! We had a great time!

    Here at the moment and food is amazing. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Location is good with a lovely clean promenade directly outside hotel. Our room maid Hafida is 5 star.     Amazing time found this hotel much better than the Rius. The entertainment team are friendly and professional. Fifi was a beautiful person inside and out. Food great. Dinks good. Rooms good. Cleanliness perfect.

    Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. The spa is to die for!! Relax or be massaged to life again, you choose your preference. Food is good and the staff everywhere, the restaurant, bar, pool bar, reception are exceptional. You won't find a more hospitable and nice people. Morocco is an exciting destination to be sure.
